Payment Policy

Payment in full is required at the time of service, unless prior financial arrangements have been made.
We accept cash, personal checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), and CareCredit.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 48 hours advance notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment; otherwise, a $75 fee may be assessed to your account.

Insurance Information

We are out of network with all dental insurance plans. Learn why HERE.
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, we can file a claim for you. Many plans cover preventive care (exams, cleanings, X-rays) at 80–100%, even out of network.
You are responsible for any portion of the balance not covered by your insurance.
Coverage for other services—such as fillings, crowns, dentures, root canals, oral surgery, or implants—varies by plan.

Before Your Visit

Call your insurance company to confirm how your plan pays for out-of-network providers.
Please bring your insurance card (or completed insurance form) to your first appointment.
