We are non-participating. What does that mean?

We do not participate with your insurance plan to fix fees, but we are able to file the claim to your company and you are insured for payment of the benefit due to you from them. You are responsible for any balance unpaid by the insurance company.

Call your dental insurance carrier and check how your plan pays non-participating providers.

At the time of your initial visit please bring your dental insurance card and/or a dental insurance form with your personal information completed.
