At NYU, he served as a peer mentor and teaching assistant, guiding first-year students in operative dentistry. Following dental school, Dr. Sciascia trained extensively during his general practice residency at New York–Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where he later became Chief Resident. His advanced training includes prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and emergency treatments such as root canals and extractions. Today, Dr. Sciascia continues to shape future dentists as an Attending Dentist at New York–Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
